is there an audio player that streams & allows download?

i’m looking for a plugin similar to this… WPAudio MP3 Player https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wpaudio-mp3-player/

unfortunately this plugin doesn’t work any more… i’m looking for another one that works
