Why wp-super-cache settings are not saving

Wp-Super-cache works very well, but when I try to update settings, checkboxs are not selecting.
Wp-Config is setup ok: define( ‘WP_CACHE’, true );
All checkbox are disable, but Wp Super Cache works very well. Why it? Is ter some configuration on server that I have missed?
BUT
I dont see something like this on html:
