Promotional Sliding Banner Plugin – Image resize Issue

Hey well i have gone over 6 diffrent sliding banner plugins and yet none have worked this is by far the best one i have used so far but it still doesn’t work!!!

Can anyone take a look at my site –

where on the homepage you will see the sliding banner and instantly see that the image is smaller than the actual size which it is set to for some reason its being changed to that size!

Help anyone please losing hope now!
