I already contacted them and they said they will upgreade in next 3 months.

I want to know if WordPress 3.2.1 can work on PHP version 4.4.9 .

pretty much says it all. The short answer is no.

Try installing an earlier version of WordPress. Not recommended, but it gives you something to work with. The release archive is here https://www.ads-software.com/download/release-archive/

As far as I know, yes…I can only definately say that it has been since 2.8 as that is when I first used WordPress. Perhaps someone who has installed earlier versions can clarify this?
