Removing social bookmarks

Hello..

I’m a newbie, started with Google’s blogger a month ago and I found that I needed more power so I hosted my site and got a WordPress blog. Moved the posts and everything looks fine now.

One question I have. I wanted to remove the built-in social bookmarking part of the site. You can find the website here at https://www.sagoyism.com.

The theme is Magasin Uno Reloaded, and I’ve already added some neat plugins but I can’t seem to find out how to remove the built in social bookmarking icons. I want to replace them with floating social bookmarks.

Can anyone help a newbie out, please? Thanks a bunch in advance.
