    Sorry for the inconvenience, We have tested this with WP 3.2.1 and can not reproduce it.

    There can be some server related issues, or may be some network issues on your end, Can you please check this again and let us know if you are still facing the same problem.

    Funny – today it works just fine.
    My first thought was that you at Banckle’s had some server problem, but it is hard to tell.
    I’ll rather come back to you IF the problem comes back.

    PS I’m testing different chat plugins/ services, and this appears absolutely to be one of the better
