[Plugin: WP Coda Slider] Featured post image in navigation tabs

Hey there,
i’m just wondering if there’s an option in the current version to add the featured image of a post under the title in the tabbed navigation?

In the comments of this page https://wp-performance.com/wp-coda-slider/ i found the approximate description:
“It would require modifying the loop to include”

<ul id="tabs">
<li><?php the_featured_image(); ?></li>

Unfortunately i’m not very firm in PHP and can’t find out the section, where i have to do this… seems like the ul for the tabs are generated in the js-file.

I’d be very very thankful, if you could name me the document and the section where i have to modify the code, in case there aren’t any easier ways…
