Page to widget

  • Is there any way to have a page with some text but this text populates to a widget?

    I have a site done where the homepage text is in a widget, an editor user wants to be able to edit the homepage text but I dont want to allow full access to all the widgets.

    Ideally if I had a page set up where he could edit the text and this text would autopopulate to a widget.
