Moved index.php to root and pagination not working

Here goes…

I’m using a customised version of Tanzaku that’s installed in a sub-directory. I moved the initial wordpress index.php file to my root folder and changed the site address in general settings as described here.

Everything was working fine until I discovered that whenever I’m viewing a post or a page, the pagination is directing me to https://gabrielbajada.com/gabrielbajada/page/2/ instead of https://gabrielbajada.com/page/2/. Can anyone help me out!

The site I’m talking about gabrielbajada.com.
