[Plugin: MailPress] Only have a general tab in the settings

I am trying to set up Mailpress, but I only have a ‘General’ tab in the settings, see screenshot: https://www.iliveinabin.com/Img/Screenshot-MailPress-Settings-WordPress-Mozilla-Firefox.png
Whereas according the wiki, I should have 4 tabs?
