Theme Work Outside?

  • I was wondering, how do you get the wp themes to work outside of wordpress while still maintaining your theme that you picked.

    This is NOT part of the pages this is individual files SEPERATE from wordpress altogether, and I just wanted to know how to link those to use the wordpress themes.
