Widgets in .org vs .com

I just converted over to .org from a .com version of WordPress. When I had the .com version there was an image widget that I could use to install an image in the blogroll section to the right. Now in the .org version, I do not see an image widget to use. Is there a plugin I am supposed to get that will restore all the functionality of my old .com version? More specifically an image widget for my blogroll?
