[Plugin: Collapse Page and Category Plugin] Indenting

    Me again ?? I need to ask you a favour. I have tried every collapsible categories plugin out there and yours is the only one that works on my site. The problem is I would REALLY love to have the wording (Categories) lining up nicely, with indentation – paragraph style. I have so many Categories (that I call Keywords) on my site and without the indentation it’s really hard to read.

    Example…

    ▽ 1 All Keywords
    || 1 GOAL, Education For All
    || Abortion
    || Abusive, Threatening, Insulting,
    Bodily Harm <— Indent
    || Adultery, Unfaithfulness, Divorce,
    Separation <— Indent
    || African Union AU
