[Plugin: Login With Ajax] change default email upon initial registration

Upon initial registation a subscriber receives an email from [email protected] with their user name and password. I have ticked the box to over-ride the default email, so that the message is customised.
How do I change the email to [email protected]?
The default email for wordpress (as amended in general settings is [email protected]) so it is not using this field.
