[Plugin: Glue Labs Page/Post Creation Limit] Doesn't work with real estate

Hi

I’m working on Templatic Real Estate template, and this plugin (v1.4) gives me exactly what I need. But unfortunately, it’s doesn’t work.
I limit the author role to 2 posts and/or 2 pages, but my test user can post limitlessly.

I tried every similiar plugin (Bainternet Posts Creation Limits) I could find, and I also tried cleverness.org (https://cleverness.org/2010/08/13/limit-number-of-posts-per-user-in-wordpress/) solution with functions.php editing, but it also doesn’t work.

Is the problem in maybe in template and how it recognizes posts?

Anyone have any ideas?
