Where to change the default "Sample Page" title?

  • Hi,

    I want to change the title of the default Sample Page to something like “Contact Us” instead of “Sample Page”. So whenever a blog is activated/registered(multisite) the Sample Page will be replaced by Contact Us page.

    Where can i change it? or is there a hook for it?
