[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] How to Track Javascript Ads

I’m trying out Google Analytics Plugin on our food blog https://www.MamasLebaneseKitchen.com and I can’t seem to get it to track outbound advertising links, such as those to Commission Junction and Amazon. I’ve checked track outbound links but for some reason it doesn’t track banner ad clicks. How can I do that?

The Ad links I use are sometimes javascript links, and other times just straight html links.
