Selling Service in wordpress

Hello everyone,
I would really appreciate if I could get some input from the community. There are many e-commerce plugins but I couldn’t find something particularly useful for my purpose. I’d like to be able to offer services in my website. Clients should be able to login, select couple of options and ask for a quote and then wait for a price estimate. Admin should be able to give them quote which will be shown in the client’s private member area. Customers should always be able to see the status of their quote ( pending, waiting for payment, completed) in their own private area.

Is there any theme or plugin that could save me time and hassle to do this? Or I should start to code php from scratch?
