Site hacked – please help?

Hi. I think my site quietwanderings.com has been hacked. When I type the address into a browser the page loads but then continues to load and eventually redirects to a spam site. It doesn’t happen every time I go into it though.

I’ve spoken to my host (blue host) and they have assured me there is no ‘redirect’ code. I am using the latest version of wordpress.
I have no idea what to do and I don’t know a lot about coding and php. Can someone please help – I am losing so much traffic from this?
