[Plugin: Better Delete Revision] Feature request: control revision removal

Hi, firstly – Great plugin. Was about to write my own, but always hate re-inventing the wheel.

A few suggestions for you to do list:

1. Ability to select (and select all) on the revisions found list
2. Ability to remove revisions from the edit page/post screens (encourage editors to clean up their own)
