[Plugin: WP-post-view] Error after deactivate

Anyone else have same problem?
The plugin seems to work good, but as soon I deactivate it, it causes such a error that (if not in use, temporary or permanent) I have to delete the code out of single/page.php file(s).Is error related to the wordpress version maybe?
