[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Wants directory and chmod operation after install

I have lots of plugins. Few don’t completely install automatic. This is – to me – e.g. if the install procedure does’t run completely or if after the install a plugin want me to do things like creating directories or chmods. It messages a fatal error. Such plugins need this after-care by every update. And this consumes to much time if I start this with several plugins.
Good: the plugin says what it needed.
Bad: it should solve it, if it knows what’s to do. (But I assume, there is a conflict with the rights management from wordpress or the operating system).
