[Plugin: EZPZ One Click Backup] EZPZ – fatal error

Hello,
I can’t install EZPZ v0.8.2 as WP gives me out this message:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
EZPZ One Click Backup is not compatible with your Windows NT server.

Could anyone help on this, please?

I’m trying to get it work on local server using XAMPP 1.7.7 (PHP: 5.3.8) on Windows 7 Ultimate.
