lost my index php

  • I lost al of the index.php on my blog, instead there are index.htm files
    how can I undo that? is there a plugin or setting I have to look for?

    thanks for the quick responce
    https://www.celizes.nl but all works there and nothing strang to see.
    only while downloading my site I discoverd al index.htm files in subdirs of my post and pages

    Well, there should be an index.php (as opposed to index.html) file in every WP directory.

    But what do you mean by the subdirs of your posts and pages? Your posts and pages are not in directories and files. They are in the WP database. The only HTML (actually PHP, but it resolves to the same thing) files in a WP installation are the template files that fetch your post and page content from the database.
