Using the WordPress Forwarder with changing Permalinks

I want to use this tool:

I switched to using Self-Hosted WordPress.
The only thing I’m worried about is that my permalinks are different.
On WordPress.com they are like this: https://domain.com/2011/9/6/posttitle
and on the newsite they are like this: https://domainc.com/posttitle
Will that still work?
