Audio Player 2.0 Wont Play

Hi there. I have installed the Audio Player plugin so i can play an interview on this page:
https://tradingconceptsinc.com/traders-radio-interview-todd-mitchell/
The player just sits there buffering, but never plays. Here is what the tag looks like in the site:
[audio:https://optionsmd.s3.amazonaws.com/tml/toddinterview080311.mp3%5D
The URL is the same as the ‘download’ link below the player, which works fine.
Can anyone give me an idea as to why it isn’t playing?
