Custom 'create post' page for registered users.

I want to allow registered users of my wordpress blog to add content to the blog just like in other blogs, But I want that instead of the regular wordpress admin dashboard and the “Create New Post” page, they should see only a form on my blog with the fields “Title” and “Body” and a publish button, so that the registered users can post from my blog itself without accessing (or actually viewing) the default admin pages.

Is that Possible ? Is there a plugin or framework for that ?
