I have already uploaded a new kubrickheader.jpg file … I can access it directly at https://help.blinkplan.com/wp-content/themes/default/images/kubrickheader.jpg …

There’s no header image being loaded into that page at all.

i.e. at the moment, the custom settings are taking over.

to get the headerimg, goto:
dashboard -> appearance -> custom header: then click ‘revert’ and ‘update header’
