Help.. I think my blog is being hacked

I contacted my hosting company and Ive tried evrything they told me… changed pw ..etc.. and they even mentioned something about sql injection??

If you look at the bottom there is a strage html code link to an online pharmacy. I have to idea where this is coming from..
help!
