How to reset home page of blog back to default

  • Can anyone advise?

    A friend (now not in contact with) set my blog homepage to show the first 10 blog posts in full.

    I would like to reset it to what I think is the default.. which is to have the first 10 posts but ONLY showing a summary of them… how can I do this?
