Links – Link Categories not working (different issue)

(NOTE: I did put an issue earlier about not being able to access Link Categories, that issue has been resolved this is different than that). I saw this issue in the base Beta 3.3 install, and it continues with the beta1-18972. I can see Link Categories and items that were previously there are ok. However, if I modify any link or try to add a link to a category, the entire link category changes to zero (losing even other links that were previously attached to the category). If you add a brand new link category from scratch, and then try and add the link, it goes through all the steps and doesnt show any errors, but when you check the LC still shows zero links.

So far only issue I can find in beta 3.3. I have changed Themes and disabled all plug-in’s to make sure that neither had anything to do with issue. No change with issue after those changes.

Any suggestions ?
