rss feed, change to a link

  • Hello, I have this line of code

    <div id=”inside-subscribe”>
    ” class=”feed”>subscribe to updates</div>
    <div class=”clear”></div>

    in the header .php file of my F8 Lite theme, which is a rss feed logo in the top right hand corner of all pages.

    Instead of this being an rss feed link, I would like it to take the viewer to an external blog link when clicked.

    Is this possible? I would be really greatful if anyone can help
