Comment date in Jarrah 1.7 theme

  • Hello guys,

    I tried to change the comment date in Jarrahs theme.

    I went to /wp-content/themes/jarrah/comments.php and found this line

    <small class="commentmetadata"><a href="#comment-<?php comment_ID() ?>" title=""><?php comment_date('F jS, Y') ?> on <?php comment_time() ?></a> <?php edit_comment_link('edit','&nbsp;&nbsp;',''); ?></small>

    even if I change comment_date(‘F jS, Y’) to comment_date(‘j-n-Y’)nothing happens.

    What should I do to change the date format to dd-mm-yyyy?
