WP newbie — can't figure out pages

    Hi. I have a question about pages on my blog: https://www.whatnowandwhy.com. I want pages in the menu to be like the main page where visitors can respond to blog posts. For instance, on the book review page, I’d like to post the review and have responses. As it is now, it’s simply a page, not interactive where visitors can respond. How do I go about setting the pages up to be more than just informational (and what if I wanted one to be a forum where visitors could speak/respond to one another directly?)?

    Any advice is appreciated.
