[Plugin: Support Ticket Centre] Admin sidebar not appearing

  • im using a fresh wordpress install, with only the default plugin and Support Ticket Centre plugin
    according to the plugin homepage, the admin sidebar should appear like this after activating.

    may i know if i have a setting problem?
