Fixed background image? what code? what file?

  • Basically I want the main background image to be static, I can’t seem to find what file has the code to edit in it and the exact syntax for it. I am using the Prestige theme.

  • Usual stuff about using a Child Theme if you’re making changes to a theme – especially if it’s one of the default themes.

    Background images and their properties are set in CSS. So you need to add a new rule to style.css, unless your theme is rather unusual or you have installed a plugin that messes with the property you want to change. Without a link to your site, it’s impossible to say.

    Thx, I just googled the proper code and added it into the Style.css
