My site upgraded and for some reason now my taxonomy.php and archive.php pages show ALL posts instead of just the ones that are supposed to be in that category/taxonomy. I disabled all my plugins and that didn’t seem to help. I don’t understand why it would have just stopped working correctly. Here is my portfolio page (wip), the taxonomies in the right sidebar used to take you to a page with only the work that was in that category, now it just displays all posts, but the page name is still correct. Any help would be much appreciated, I don’t know what else to check next.

(at first I thought it was just for my custom post type, but I set up a regular post and gave it a category and that is broken too.)

Sorry, I should have put this on earlier. This is the code that is on my taxonomy page, it pulls a seperate php file that contains the rest of the info.

    [No bumping, thank you.]
