How to increase the amount of simultaneous connections?

    I’m trying to think ahead and if my website were to have a lot of users, how do I make it where my site is able to support a large amount of simultaneous connections while keeping a fast page load time? I am currently running a Micro using Amazon AWS instance right now and can only upgrade to a medium. What do I need to do to this?

    Generally it means getting more memory and CPU for your server, and optimizing the heck out of your site (like minifying code, caching, and CDN)
