[Plugin: CubePoints Buddypress Integration] Warning Message After 1.9.7 Update

CUbepoints has always worked perfectly and even the integration with buddypress plugin, but after updating to the latest version (1.9.7), I receive this message:

Warning: unserialize() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/content/29/8140629/html/wp-content/plugins/cubepoints/cp_core.php on line 189

It’s at the top of every page, but the site still runs, so please check it out and if you have any ideas on what exactly I need to change.add, please let me know. I understand it to a point, but anything I have tried, hasn’t worked.
