custom title

I’m trying hard to add a request variable value to the title. Like the “search page” title does.

ex.: The page URL is https://thewebsitecom/index.php/theguy/?id=RYAN%20BRAUN (This part is alreasy working)

I want the page title to be “all about RYAN BRAUN”

Help please
