include table in author.php

You can actually use the Shortcode there, you just need to wrap it in PHP function. Just add

<?php echo do_shortcode( '[table id=123 /]' ); ?>

whereever you want the table to appear.
Instead of using do_shortcode, you could also use the WP-Table Reloaded Template Tag functions (see https://tobias.baethge.com/wordpress-plugins/wp-table-reloaded-english/documentation/ ), which have the same result.
