[Plugin: Events Manager] [BUG] Canceled bookings are displayed multiple times

    Steps:

    1. User goes to “events I’m attending”. Cancel a booking.
    2. User book the event again.

      3. The canceled event get displayed multiple times (as many as times it gets canceled).

    Expected:

    Each canceled event displays only once. (for “undo” purpose only)

    Environment:
    WP: 3.2.1
    BP: 1.5.1
    EM: 4.303

    bookings don’t get merged, each booking is treated as seperate, so atm I’d rather leave this as is. reason for this is in the future we’ll be adding more booking functions e.g. modify your booking, meaning we can force users to just use that one booking to make changes or cancel.

    Makes sense if you are planning some new functions based on the unique booking concept.
