Malware Content:: Please Urgent Help

i am using the latest version of wordpress. Google find the malware content three time in a week and block my site in all three times.First my hosting providers was remove that but now i am not abble to remove that content..please tell me where i can found that content? and how i can get rid of this attack in future?
