[Plugin: Contact Form 7 Dynamic Text Extension] Conditional based on Contact Form 7 field

I have a drop down in my form that currently uses pipes to allow a user to select a value based on the name. My problem is that this value also determines the email address that the form should be sent to. Because CF7 doesn’t support an array with 3 columns of data, I need to find another way to define the email address. I thought that I could use this plugin but I see no way to set conditional argument based on another field value. Is this possible?
