[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Drop-down with multiple pipes

I have a form with a drop-down menu that contains a selection name and a hidden email using the pipes method. My problem is that I also need to submit another piece of information based on the selection. Is there a way to have “name|email|link” in a drop-down menu?
I’m currently using the https://glasshouse.fr/dnload/contact-form-7-beforepipe.zip plugin to include the first value before the pipe in my email.
