Embedding the Hyperlinks

Okay, someone please help me! I’ve been following the same procedure for embedding hyperlinks in pages (for instance, specific topics have sub-categories between them); now it only allows me to view it — anyone else trying to check in receives a “does not exist” screen even though it’s embedded. Any suggestions?
