Image preview on blog page not showing and text wrap issue

hey all. So as the days roll on, more problems happen to appear. We recently pulled all the blog posts onto our website. Everything is working fine EXCEPT two issues. The images appear when you click the blog post, but on the page that lists the blogs, the images are not being shown or previewed within the post-caption. Curious if anyone knows the coding to add in an image preview to this part of the blog.
ALSO, I am unable to line the pictures to the left, with text wrap. When in the post editor, it shows the text wrapping the image, but when I view the blog post, it doesn’t wrap. Any help?
