Cforms II, could not submit out the form.

Hi,
I’m trying to use cformsII on wordpress, I created a simple registration form on it, but all test submit(by clicking the “submit” button) after filling the form seems hang there, no one actually sent out. This is confirmed by the Tracking system. Does anybody know what’s the possible reason of it? Thanks!
