Tag cloud – tags not displayed on home page but displayed on all others website

I have the default Tag Cloud in a footer widget area on my site https://www.wrenhall.org. The issue is that none of the tags are displayed on the homepage however they are on all other website pages.. i have searched for the reason but cannot fathom.. All help/advice/suggestions greatfully received!
