IE 7 Drop Down Menu Problem

this is my site as you can see it works fine in firefox and chrome but it doesn’t works properly in IE 7,8,9 Version. Plz urgent help required if possible. the menu in IE as u can see keeps getting cut from it’s edges.

i know it’s something related to css but me not an expert like all u people out there so would seek your help if someone could really help me out i would be glad and grateful. thanks a lot. god bless u all ??
